Wagyu / F1 Wagyu
Wagyu: We specialize in a limited run of Pure Wagyu, meticulously crossing Akaushi with Black Wagyu. This combination blends the robust growth traits of Red Wagyu with the exceptional marbling characteristic of Black Wagyu, resulting in a superior beef product.
F1 Wagyu: Our F1 Wagyu is a carefully crafted cross between Wagyu and our commercial cattle, designed to deliver a premium beef experience. The result is a consistently rich and uniform flavor profile
Commercial Beef
Our commercial cow herd is carefully hand-selected for traits like temperament, strong mothering ability, easy maintenance of body condition, and optimal frame size. These qualities ensure our calves are well-prepared for successful finishing.
Our herd features Angus, Hereford, Simmental, and Charolais crosses, each contributing to the overall quality and resilience of our cattle.
Dexter / Wexter
Dexter: Ideal for those seeking a high-quality product, Dexter beef offers a leaner cut with exceptional tenderness and a rich, beefier flavor reminiscent of the classic beef taste from over 50 years ago.
Wexter: A unique cross between Wagyu and Dexter, Wexter beef combines the superior marbling of Wagyu with the robust, beefy flavor of Dexter, delivering a well-balanced and flavorful experience.
